A preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. When you place a preorder with us, you are reserving a product before it is produced. This helps us determine the demand and avoid overproduction, contributing to a more sustainable fashion industry.

The timeline varies depending on the item and the production schedule. Generally, it takes about 2 weeks from the end of the preorder period to produce and ship the items. We will provide regular updates to keep you informed of the progress

Since our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.
